These Terms govern your purchase and use of AXON (the "Service"), a private personal AI built and operated by Boost My Business AI Innovation Limited ("BMB", "we", "us"), a company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Trade Licence No. CL11954. By reserving a build or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase.
AXON is a private personal AI configured and operated for you. Your purchase has two parts: a one-time Build & Setup (white-glove configuration and onboarding, typically completed in about two weeks), and an ongoing Membership that runs and maintains your AI in a private cloud environment.
The Build & Setup fee of USD 2,500 is charged immediately when you reserve your build. The Membership fee of USD 1,950 per month begins after a 14-day period (covering your build) and then renews automatically each month to the payment method on file until you cancel. Prices are in US Dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply. We may change Membership pricing on renewal with at least 30 days' notice; founding-member rates, where offered, are honoured as stated at purchase.
The Build & Setup fee is non-refundable. It pays for bespoke work that begins on reservation, including provisioning, configuration, and onboarding time reserved for you. By completing checkout and accepting these Terms you acknowledge and agree that this fee is non-refundable.
Membership is billed in advance for each monthly period. You may cancel at any time and will not be charged for future periods; fees already paid for the current period are not refunded. We do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time.
You can cancel your Membership at any time by emailing contact@boostmylocalbusiness.ai. Cancellation stops future billing and ends access at the close of the current paid period. On cancellation we delete or return your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
AXON uses artificial intelligence to generate answers, drafts and summaries. AI output can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything AXON produces before relying or acting on it. The Service does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax or medical advice.
You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, to send spam or malware, or to attempt to breach its security. We may suspend or end access that threatens the Service or breaches these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BMB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the DIFC, and the DIFC Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
